Careful consideration was given to circulation patterns, shaded pedestrian pathways, wayfinding, gathering spaces, and visual connections to the waterfront. The project integrates retail, food and beverage, entertainment, and cultural experiences within a cohesive architectural framework inspired by the scale, materials, and vibrancy of Caribbean architecture.
